Summary
The SAMA5D225C-D1M System in Package (SiP) integrates the ARM® Cortex®-A5 processor-based SAMA5D22C MPU with 128 Mbit (16 Mbytes) of DDR2-SDRAM in a single package. By combining the high-performance, ultra-low-power SAMA5D2 with DDR2-SDRAM in a single package, PCB routing complexity, area and number of layers is reduced in the majority of cases. This makes board design easier and more robust by facilitating design for EMI, ESD and signal integrity. This SiP targets applications using an Linux, RTOS or bare metal for development and is available in a BGA196 package.

ATSAMA5D21更便宜,可能制造廉价的电路板。我对Allwinner H2/H3更感兴趣,有一些不太昂贵的电路板,如Orange Pi Zero,但没有很多I/O和集成ADC。

既然DDR已经叠封在芯片里面了,,芯片的封装为什么还是BGA??完全没体现出叠封DDR的优势啊!
