问题搞定了，最终结果是出在DTS上。我们的DTS有两个，一个是带dock 的，但带dock 包含了不带dock的

嗯嗯，确实是硬件问题，模块风枪吹下来12,13,14脚和晶振外壳短路不和地短路，焊上去12,13,14脚和地和晶振外壳短路，重复很多次都是这样，后来新的8723到了换上去，buildroot2017.02编译了wpa_supplicant指令后ping通百度了
