我按第二个地址下了,但名字是OpenNuvoton-NUC970_Linux_Applications-master.zip,需要将名字改成 applications-1.0.0  并变为.tar.gz 格式就可以了吗?

是的,我在https://github.com/OpenNuvoton/NUC970_Buildroot   里下载Buildroot并make,在make过程中有提示错误:
