Hi all!
Sochip Tech offers both F1C800 and F1C800s SoC. Do you know the difference between them?

There are devices, based on F33 available https://www.geekbuying.com/item/CHUPAD-D520-Allwinner-F33-4-0--IPS-Screen-Car-DVR-Black-381649.html
SDK for SSD20x is available https://pan.baidu.com/s/15XsmHZopgqtZ4dPE3tq8OQ code:6949. But HW documentation still needed.
GM8136s is worse than GM8135s. It seems an overclocked version of GM3185s and gets more hotter …, I had few chips and modules that stopped working without clear reason, haven’t looked further at this solution.
Possible the reason of overheating is incorrect DRAM power? GM8136S equipped with DDR3 and needs 1.5V DRAM power, where GM8135S utilize DDR2 with 1.8V. So, if board designed for GM8135S and populated with GM8136S problems can arise.
Yes,1.8V, just use 7688 LDO(in chip) power it.
no need any termination ,just leave it float.
Thanks! Seems like I got enough information to start my design.
Ambient temperature: -20 ~ +55 ℃
Generally speaking, this is not so bad.
MediaTek's agent said that the chip shipment is not large, so the price is not very satisfactory.
Yes, MT7628/7688 slightly outdated now, 1000Mbit LAN is a requirement now for most applications. I don't speak for WiFi,
as it "no-no" for industrial usage.
mango, great thanks for reply.
Some more questions:
What is the value of DDR_VCC? Is it 1.8V as usual for DDR2?
Is some termination needed for address/data pins or I can just leave it unconnected?
What is operating temperature range for MT7628DAN? Is it industrial?
For the number of reasons 7688AN+DDR2 chip is not a good option for my purposes.
