Here I have drawn a power supply design for F1CXXXS:

I used the TMI 7003 B as I feel that it will be sufficient for the purpose and also cheaper.

The Distilled Voltages is what I have used for calculationg the circuit for TMI Chip. I will be using 2.6V to make both AVCC and VCC-DRAM happy.
If you find the any bugs in that power supply design, please let me know.
Also can anyone send me a link to buy Allwinner F1C200s and F1C100s? I wish to buy 10-50 pieces after I finish drawing.
