设计了一个A40i的板子，没有使用AXP221s这颗PMU，DRAM使用的是两颗16bit位宽DDR3L DRAM，型号为MT41K256M16TW-107IT:P。Dram的布线直接复用A40i公版设计。板子有做阻抗控制。
用PhoneixSuit烧录时串口打印log如下

同样报dram init fail
请问各位朋友，没有采用PMU会导致DRAM不能初始化么？还是DRAM配置有问题导致DRAM初始化失败？
