Yesterday and the day before that I looked at Taobao. The initial offer I had for 102x72 mm 2 layer standard PCB was 66 CNY. Later, I got an offer 20 CNY (8 CNY shipping) and I submitted an order. But notices some things that needed to be fixed. However today the seller is not willing to update the board. According to him, it was already submitted for manufacturing.
Also to the best of my understanding the JLCPCB price for such board is around 2 USD ?

我认为嘉立创(JLCPCB)是最适合打样的。
我在他们那里有一个帐户，但是已经丢失了。目前，它要求在中国通过中文电话号码进行短信验证。我可以使用任何短信信箱吗？
