已经找到原因，是内核和ko文件要一致。ko文件用下面的命令编译出来
make ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=arm-linux-gnueabihf- INSTALL_MOD_PATH=out modules
make ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=arm-linux-gnueabihf- INSTALL_MOD_PATH=out modules_install离线
