D211DCV 画了块板子，，AiBurn 烧录失败，，请求各位大牛指点。。

之前画过一版，无法烧录：https://whycan.com/t_10422.html
当时怀疑可能的两个问题：
1、SPINAND 没有画等长
2、电源用的 LDO，发烫比较严重

这次改版解决了上述两个问题，，SPINAND 画了等长线，，电源换用了 SY8088AAC，，另外担心自己焊接功夫不过关，，特意用了 SMT 焊接。。可是回来测试发现还是无法烧录
