从淘宝网购买时要小心

我只是想从淘宝购买一些W5500模块。找到合适的报价 - 免运费。订单时，运费出现了。我联系了卖家，最初他说会提供免费送货，后来不同意。

淘宝没有投诉形式来投诉这些卖家。

我还没有找到适合中国境外出口的运输公司。 Yundaex（www.yundaex.com）被推荐给我，但他们没有英文联系信息。有人使用他们的服务？

看来你对  "全国" 这个词可能有误解
不是指"全部国家"，
而是 "中国全境"

不太确定谁不理解，但让我告诉你另一个淘宝骗子活动：购买2件。对于W5500模块，购买时显示的金额为¥32，之后（如上所示）此金额为¥34。

你在中国有消费者保护组织吗？我可以抱怨。我对淘宝和中国航运服务非常不满意？

我不认为正常，首先显示的价格为32元人民币，之后为34元人民币。但根据你的回答，我得出的结论是，我根本不应该与中国打交道。许多中国人都是对交易行为，法律等有非常不了解的骗子。

我也是这么觉得，中国太危险了到处都是骗子，顺便问下楼上的朋友，你的键盘是什么牌子的?

如果你的意思是我的笔记本电脑 -  IBM在中国人收购联想并制造劣质产品之前，这是一个很好的品牌。
你知道如果中国是动物坏的危险地方，那么应该将它们放在笼子里。在世界上的某些地方，中国人必须缴纳人头税......也许这些做法应该归还。

dgtg, And how I misunderstood that the shown total amount 32 CNY becomes later 34 CNY ? This is not the only problem with Taobao.

Also those postage forwarding companies – quite of crooks and liars.

Have one question, I asked someone before to ship to me some items from China, he had quite of problems. In fact, in the past there were many that would agree to ship outside of China, currently no one agrees. In China shipping abroad products is reserved just for some people and companies ? In Europe, to the best of my understanding some Chinese pay to the corrupted law enforcement officials bribes they to operate. Common practice in China ?

@smartcar, this is a problem associate particularly with the ship-forwarding companies. So far I tried 3 companies – all crooks and liars. Twice lost the items I purchased … they extorted me to pay for something that suppose to be free etc.

The latest, I have in a Beijing warehouse packages that weight about 14.300 kg. This crook company called YOYbuy established that after packing the total weight of the package is 19 kg. Almost 5 kg – packaging materials !!! Also they want money in advance …

From some of the post and behavior of the forum, I do understand that some Chinese think that they can do crook activities, involved with such unethical business practices and we the dumb Eastern Europeans have to pay you ?

I inquired many times the Chinese government, even the Chinese police they did nothing about the issues.

Although China has 1.3B people, the whole world is much bigger and would like to assure you that proper measures can be taken against China.

In Bulgaria, there is a very well know story, about a local banker that was tricked by some foreigner who tough can make easy money, do not comply will local customs etc. The Bulgarian banker released a wave of discrimination against the foreigners and the case was settle.

Racism is a tool to keep people who are less educated about a state laws and rules … on their place.

I might loose couple of hundreds of euros, but you going to loose billions.

The package that is currently held by YoYBuy has 23 Taobao purchases with probably more than 200 articles etc.

Already sent request to admin@whycan.cn for account deletion. Might I ask you to sent e-mail to admin@whycan.cn presenting your dissatisfaction. Hope this matter will be resolved as soon as possible. It took me more than 2 months to make all orders etc.

P.S. What is the meaning of KfAnr ?

Since you claim that the Chinese are not liars, which Chinese authority – police, consumer bureau … can investigate the activities of this company and take appropriate actions ?

If you can not provide the same level of reciprocal access and investment protection, such can not be provided to your companies. As much as I am aware some Europeans want access to the Chinese market, establishing European banks in China, our shipping companies etc.
Also the problem with the Chinese crook businesses, such as ship-forwarding companies. In the past even 晕哥 tired to speak with one of them without success. In Europe we have tools to deal with such companies – government agencies, consumer protection organizations etc.

@Freeboy , We do, probably as percentage of population much more than China. I noticed on the TV the previous year a case about some Chinese tourist that were subject to robbery in Bulgaria. The Chinese were very well organized with excellent defense techniques and immediately neutralized the thief. Still, the police came and investigated the matter.

So far my experience in China is: If I can use metaphoric presentation – I was robed twice in China, but no proper actions were taken.

@OggyJFX, Apparently some of the Chinese are. I received the package after 2 months of delay. I had financial loses, replacement and substitute items were purchased from other places etc. And the ship-forwarding company demands payment. In China haven’t you heard about COMPENSATIONS ... ?
Everyone wants to hear just good things, but the Chinese ship-forwarding companies services are horrible. I had to inquire various authorities regarding this matter, spending much time and resources etc.

Paying bribes to European authorities, making fake comments on Internet to promote Chinese products and services, protests etc. Please also note that the image is from a popular film.
