Looking for alternate toolchain downloads (not from Baidu)

I hope this is the right forum. I can't read chinese.

I am looking for these toolchains used with XBoot:

Unfortunately I cannot download from Baidu. Does anyone have an alternative link for these files? Maybe google drive?
