Amazing work! I'm totaly a newbee and I had never used IAR EW before, But I think your work could be really useful, so i'm torn between installing it or not.
So in your opinion, what's the advantages of the ide? Is it similar to keil? What kind of software you usually making with the ide?

It's realized but not published yet. Btw what is advantage of bare metal hw codec in your case? Why not to use OS?
