如果那个DE脚是表示LCD_DE那个脚的话，ARM控制器的LCD_DE是高电平有效。而这个74LVC541A的~OE是低电平有效。我认为这个正好反了吧？

Register TCON->T0_IO_CTRL[0] allows you to set the polarity of the signals.
