SyterKit 裸跑 H618 拉起 BL31 看看能不能直接拉起到 Linux 内核跳过 U-Boot

目前支持的板子是 sipeed 的 longanpi-3h

先写一个 helloworld 拉起最小系统，适配了

extern sunxi_serial_t uart_dbg;
