分享解决littlevgl移植到keil 5.24版本出现的编译错误的办法

littlevgl 大量用到 gnu扩展和 C99语法,
如果编译器不支持就要对代码大动干戈，
还好 MDK 5.24a 已经对C99和GNU支持很好了，
只需要轻轻设置一下 C/C++ 编译参数即可.
