F1C100s用的是ARM926EJ-S,大致是1.1 DMIPS/MHz,V3(Cortex-A7)是1.9 DMIPS/MHz,而Cortex-M系列最高端的Cortex-M7(对应STM32F7/H7系列)则达到了2.14 DMIPS/MHz。

这个COREMARK主要考核的是运算能力,ARM9作为系统处理器主要任务是系统调度处理而不是运算况且F1C100S超频到800M也有1500以上的分数,足以应付系统调度处理之余的的少量运算需求。F1C100S设定到600M, 作为轻量级系统处理器优雅而完美。对于F1C100S唯一遗憾的是没有内置以太网。
