哈哈,是有点,我也是第一次焊接bga,焊接过后我还把芯片拿起来看了一下,然后又放上去。我以为焊接挂了,没想到能正常开机

这个用的免费打样做的,T113-I没法免费贴片(免费的贴片是经济模式,T113-I立创系统提示要标准模式才能贴);所以只能自己买回来手动焊接了

你好,请问一下ddr的等长规则是怎么设置的?我看全志给的模板地址线长度差距达到了900mil,PCB并没有做等长处理,如果这样都能用的话说明芯片内部做了延时匹配,那自己画PCB的话也得按照这个画一模一样的长度?还是说按照标准ddr3的等长规则设计?
